Can I get an invoice/receipt for my order?
Yes, please email us and we’ll send it to you.

Can I get a refund for my order?

Yes, up to 30 days before event.  Here are Eventbrite instructions on how to do that.

My promo code didn’t work, what do I do?

Please email us your order number and promo code that you used and we’ll look into that.

Can I buy a student ticket if I’m enrolled in an online course like Android Basics by Google Nanodegree Program from Udacity? If so, what proof do I need to show as proof that I am a current student?

Please show us some kind of confirmation email from Udacity etc that confirms you’re enrolled into Android related course.

Can you send me a visa invitation letter?

Yes, we can send you a visa invitation letter after you buy a ticket. Please email us information about your ticket order, passport details and which U.S. consulate you’ll go to.

What is CFP?

CFP is short for Call for Papers. Call for Papers is when we ask people to submit their talk proposal and then choose the best ones to go into conference program.

Can I submit a talk for droidcon NYC?

No, our CFP closed on June 16th.

Who’s going to choose talks for droidcon NYC?

Content and programming is organized by Kevin Galligan, President of Touchlab working together with the Program Committee that consists of members of the Android community. List of Program Committee will later be published on droidcon.nyc website.

When will I know if my talk was selected?

Please allow about 2 weeks for Program Committee to vote and choose talks. Selected speakers will get an acceptance email from organizers in late June.

When can I see program?

First talks will be on the conference website in early July.

When can I see schedule?

A few weeks before the conference, exact timing tbd.
